But shocking news is that fashion retailer Zara’s latest design- a Lungi-style skirt. Zara is selling it at an exorbitant price of $89.9 (INR 5,728 approx). On its online store, Zara described the ‘Check mini skirt’ as a “Flowing skirt with draped detail in the front. Front slit detail at the hem. Zip fastening in the back hidden along the seam.”

Shockingly Zara is charging $89.9( INR 5,728) for a lungi. The LungiWala, an online retailer, is offering a very similar ‘Check Lungi’ for Rs 357 ($5.6), a sizeable $84.3 cheaper than the Zara version.
