Virat Kohli, who will be seen in action for Royal Challengers Bangalore in the 11th season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) starting April 7, has opted for a brand new hairdo. As a sportsperson Virat Kohli is not only good on the field but is also good with styles, he keeps flaunting new hairstyles and of course, his new tattoos.
Earlier, at the beginning of this month, Kohli was spotted at a tattoo parlour and got a new tattoo around an already inked ‘God’s eye’ tattoo on his left shoulder. He has a ‘monastery’ on his forearm, a symbol of a place which has peace and power. The back of his forearm sports Lord Shiva in meditation with Mount Kailash and Lake Mansarovar in the backdrop. He has a Samurai warrior on his biceps whereas, on the other side, he has his parents’ name inked in Hindi along with his ODI and Test cap number.
From being a casual dresser, the cricketer has turned into a style icon of sorts. He made it to GQ’s Best Dressed International Men list way back in 2011.
The 29-year-old Indian skipper took to Instagram to share a picture of his new hairstyle. “Great cut from the style master @aalimhakim,” he captioned the image.

Virat was rested for the recently concluded Nidahas Trophy T20I Tri-series, which India won under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma. Now he will return to cricketing action in coming season of IPL. Under his captaincy, Royal Challengers Bangalore will take on Kolkata Knight Riders in their opening match at Eden Gardens on April 8. So far, Kohli has scored 4,418 runs with four centuries and 30 half-centuries in 149 IPL matches.
